Right now, we are looking for a** Recruiting Specialist **to join our team

If you are passionate about attracting talent with background in the latest and trendy technologies, recruiting all over LATAM, and working along a team of recruiters from different cultures, this post is for you
- You will get the chance to:_
- Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions.
- Deliver diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Be responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process, strongly focus on Executive Search and Innovative initiatives.
- Ivestigate the latest trends and do benchmarking duties.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Goal orientation and flexibility.
- Advanced English skills; both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of digital talent industry and market.
- Relevant experience in IT recruiting environment and high seniority profiles.
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR field. Postgraduates and Masters will be a plus
- Locations: Colombia/Argentina/Peru/Uruguay/Chile/Mexico/Brazil
