**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Security Processes Focal Point.
Control posture and compliance in the security services that are contracted with the clients. Its main function is to ensure compliance in each of the Processes and their control points

Focusing on:
1. Management and correct handling of the documentation of the Processes.
2. Management of Metrics in the Processes for the accounts.
3. Review and approval of evidence for closure or extension of Process tickets.
4. Provide support and assistance in internal or external audits.
5. Assistance and support to the Account Team for the correct reporting of their processes in the Tools.
6. Active participation and point of support in the follow-up to resolve Non-Compliance Issues that arise in the account.
8. Train the account team in security processes and controls

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Computer security and information systems
- Knowledge of security processes and controls.
- Knowledge in auditing
- ITIL knowledge
- Management Tools, Office
- Management of Metrics
- Basic English (Reading)
- Document management.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of security processes and controls.
- Basic English (Reading)
