**Location**: Colombia

**Responsibilities**

Designing and developing HIVE code

Designing and developing automated solutions

Performance monitoring and tuning of existing automated jobs

Troubleshooting failures

Ad hoc analyses

Query data to answer business questions and to support investigations

**Requirements**:
Advanced English skills (B2+)

Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Thorough, take detailed notes and capture correct information

Strong ETL development background

BASH experience

Understanding of YARN and HDFS

Experience with SQL for analysis and data investigation

AWS cloud experience a plus, but not required (Cloudwatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena)

Excellent analytical skills, curious about data

Ability to think creatively to identify solutions

Driven, hungry for opportunities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Desire to learn and continue growing your technical skillset
