TTS Operations RPC provides transaction execution and operations management of the core Cash products for the LATAM region. Cash Operations cover 17 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Cash team performs a variety of activities for the LATAM Cash business including Funds Transfers, Incoming and Outgoing Wires, Payments and Reconcilements. A significant focus on control, customer service and quality is practiced at the transaction and process levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsibility for the maintenance of a control environment. - Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control process for Cash Operations. - Interact with Operations staff, management, Technology and other critical teams. - Training/cross-training within operations. - Provide support to all operational processes as needed within Tampa and Offshoring locations. - Properly monitor errors to ensure adherence to Audit and Control policies. - Provide support to all operational processes as needed. - Understand the procedures and controls of the Cash Regional Processing Center. - Participate in activities related to risk, control and compliance. - Perform within departmental procedures and compliance standards in order to minimize losses to the Firm. - May lead or assist with projects and develop or assist with special reports. KEY COMPETENCIES - Must be able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment. - Strong focus on control. - Quick learner; comfortable with and able to manage in complex systems environment and associated development process. - Strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Flexible/sense of urgency, ability to multi-task. - Cash Industry Knowledge. - Technological proficiency/ knowledge. **Qualifications** EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Fluency in English, Spanish preferred - 2+ years’ experience in the banking industry - Knowledge of RCSA / MCA process preferred - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Advanced skills in MS Office required. - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Operational Risk - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
