**Responsibilities**:
Autonomy: Self-directed in task execution, makes effective use of their own time without guidance. Able to identify own limits and boundaries and asks for help when in trouble.

Complexity: Perform a number of different defined tasks in parallel based on existing experience. Has to coordinate with other team members to structure the work.

Business skills: Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Ability to employ communication to collaborate within their immediate team. Has regular interaction with clients with reduced supervision.|

**Qualifications and Experience**:
These are the skills required for the full stack developer position:

- +4 years of experience developing Backend with Java (Java 8 and above).
- +3 years of experience developing Frontend with Javascript and VueJs. React skills are accepted instead of VueJs if the person is willing to learn and work on Vue.
- Good understanding of Microservices architectures, including REST concepts.
- Experience with source control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skills is required (B2).
