Product Suppot Specialist

**Position**: Product Support Specialist

**Schedule**:Monday to friday from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm

**City**:Bucaramanga (On-site)

**Remuneration**: Salary of $2,600,000, plus an extra-legal housing allowance that is granted based on an extra-legal benefit plan defined by the mere liberality of the company for $1,600,000, for a total of $4,000,000.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate the functionality of Engyj.
- Work with the client and implementation team to develop the prescreening questions for the chat and web form.
- Work with the marketing team to develop recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Provide recommendations to the client regarding the best way to utilize the Engyj recruitment tool based on the data displayed on the dashboard.

To maintain the relationship, you will provide support and customer service.
- Whenever possible, reach out to potential clients that were demoed during my available time.
- Participation in webinars, etc.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Strong English level.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Background in sales or customer service is a must.
- Experience or knowledge in Artificial intelligence is a plus.
- Microsoft proficiency. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Sales attitude is a must.
- Good charisma.
- Someone with a logical mind.
