**About the role**:
**Your role and responsibilities**:
- Review and moderate user-generated content, which may include picture, text, audio or video items, with high accuracy at a fast pace.
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, trends and best moderation practices.
- Collaborate with your team members.
- Provide feedback to managers on trends, and common end-user errors - you are our eyes and ears and know users best
- Provide feedback on improvements to the posting rules to enhance user experience.
**To succeed in this role, you must**:
- **Live in Bogotá, Colombia.**:
- **Full time availability.**:
- **English and French Level B2- C1.**:
- **Be able to manage sensitive content.**:
- Be flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Be aware and reliable: commitment is one of our core values
- Have high attention to detail.
- Care about people: you will work to ensure the online security of our customers and their users
- Ideally interested in markets, shared economy and new technologies.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service and/or online business is an advantage.
