We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Test Engineering to join our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test automation strategies to ensure the quality and efficiency of our software.

**What we are looking for**

The Sr. Software Test Engineering will be the technical reference for the automation team. This role is critical to lead and guide all areas of test automation within the organization. The primary goal will be to ensure software quality through test automation, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of testing.

The position holder will have the responsibility to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks that meet industry standards and the needs of the company. In addition, they will work closely with the development and QA teams to define best testing practices and improve software quality.

The Sr. Software Test Engineering is expected to be an effective leader, capable of providing training and support to other members of the automation team. They should also have a solid understanding of performance testing and be able to propose and implement solutions to improve system performance.

**This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as a strong dedication to software quality and customer satisfaction.**

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the leadership of the test automation team
- Provide training and support to other members of the automation team.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Develop and execute comprehensive E2E test automation plans to ensure seamless functionality across all aspects of the software.
- Conduct performance testing to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, incorporating them into the automation test suite.
- Continuously improve test coverage, identify gaps, and implement test strategies to minimize defects.
- Support and participate in various testing efforts such as regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing as needed.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Analyze test results to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the development team.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve testing processes and tools.
