We are searching for the best talent for **Health Care Compliance Officer - Senior Manager **to be in **Bogotá, Colombia.**

This position is responsible for leading and driving the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program, and Business Integrity (HCC/HCBI) program, drive operational excellence, develop, and continuously improve a Compliance framework and program for applicable sector on a cluster level.

The HCCO will be accountable for driving strategy, improvement on risk management, teamwork, consistency and simplification across processes within the cluster, serving as the trusted compliance advisor to the country leadership team as well as other leaders and partners offering advice, analysis and drive strategic discussion, including new and/or enhanced approaches as per business strategies, activities and evolving risk across the cluster.

The HCCO will have overall responsibility for setting and managing a robust compliance program exercising judgment to mitigate business risk and managing the allocation of resources to support business initiatives. The role serves as a key point of contact to other HCC members at a Corporate and Regional level.
- Responsible for building and maintaining an effective compliance program to ensure its business activities align with HCC/HCBI laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to the promotion and marketing of products and services, interactions with health care professionals and government officials, including, as applicable, U.S. anti-kickback and false claims statutes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, compliance with corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, or other settlements, as applicable.
- Engage with functional leaders, seniors´ leaders, and management boards on strategic definition for Compliance in the Cluster according to requirements and needs. Additionally, provides regular updates to their leadership teams and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure governance and oversight of the compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or company policies as well as set strategy for all relevant remediations in alignment with Regional and Corporate structures (HCC, GAA & Law Department).
- Serve as expert on risks and guidance specific to interaction with government officials, patient advocacy groups, NGOs and third parties globally.
- Collaborate with key business leaders to actively support new business models and growth strategies
- Lead and drive the HCC Committee process and strategic agenda to ensure relevant compliance requirements and updates are shared with leaders of the relevant business units
- Ensure appropriate mentorship, education, training, and regular communication to all covered employees

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 8 years of business experience including a minimum of 5 years’ experience and demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function.
- English language proficiency
- Broad business experience and a proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, negotiate and influence business decisions, and work towards solutions to drive compliant growth
- Ability to work in teams with a seniority level and Ability to advise senior leaders and key partners on business initiatives or complex compliance issues
- Strong organizational, process, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical/process skills
- Skills for leadership through ambiguity crafting solutions. Ability to seek for innovation and bring spirit of improvement
