**Overview**

Quorum Software is seeking an IT Sr. Network Administrator to join the infrastructure team and working across company boundaries to build, automate and maintain a scalable and highly available infrastructure. This role works in partnership with engineering in developing, deploying, and maintaining our existing and forthcoming network and technology stack. You will lead projects designing, implementing, and maintaining our global WAN/LAN network infrastructure. We are looking for analytical, agile, and influential engineer who can quickly deliver meaningful results and solutions with the flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and shifting priorities

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining & supporting the corporate network infrastructure across all sites and regions
- Maintaining & Support firewall environments in line with corporate security policy
- Monitor network performance, automate monitoring functions, troubleshoot network problems, and prevent outages
- Support global networking configuration, including site to site VPN connections / SD-WAN
- Schedule and deploy network installation, updates, and upgrades
- Work within corporate configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Will be part of the on-call rotation as well as participating in non-business hour maintenance activities
- Work closely with engineering to help report issues and lead project deliverables and provide status and progress reports
- And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years' experience with network administration of L2, L3 protocols skills - Must
- At least 5 years' experience with Firewalls administration and configuration - Must
- Knowledge of HTTP/s protocol, load balancer, and operating systems (Linux) - Advantage
- Advanced hands-on experience in SD-WAN / SASE architecture design and operations - Must
- Hands on experience with WIFI systems - Cisco Meraki
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols, BGP
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Advantage
- Experience in management Hybrid environment (Cloud/on-premises) - Advantage
- Experience deploying and supporting an effective patch management solution
- Must be able to do some after business hours and weekend work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service attitude
- Fast & self-learner, hardworking, team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, motivated
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

**Preferred Skills**
- Network admin background working with servers, switches, routers, data center, etc.
- Certification and hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of FortiGate FW
