Quantum FBI is seeking an exceptional **FP&A Manager** to assume a pivotal role in empowering our clients with informed business decisions through strategic financial planning and analysis services. In this role, the FP&A Manager will provide expert financial insights to help clients optimize their financial operations, enhance profitability, and support business growth. This position involves working closely with our clients to develop customized financial models, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead the financial planning process for client engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models utilizing planning software.
- Analyze client financial results and market trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement and maintain business intelligence tools to analyze financial and operational data. Create dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices for clients and the firm.
- Mentor, develop and collaborate with FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of business finance experience
- 3+ years in a relevant FP&A role, and a mix of public accounting and industry experience highly preferred. Knowledge of GAAP is required.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial and data-driven concepts clearly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing client relationships and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
