The “Cash & Trade Proc IntmdAnalyst” is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing liaison leadership between Technical, Business and Operations teams in Payments O&T Transformation Programs and Payments O&T BAU activities for LATAM region The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations to support payments transformation program and drive technical analysis in an operational perspective, following global target operating model mitigating impact and risk for the operation and business. **Responsibilities**: - Lead Operations definitions in transformation program by understanding OPS structure and translating that into requirements for the programs. - Manage and audit in operations perspective the overall transformation plans to deliver the program artifacts as expected. - Conduct and develop key operational readiness activities for the program such as operational definitions, dress rehearsal, usability testing, training and PVT. - Analyze operations information and make evaluative judgements to solve problems - Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures - Participate and act as PO/SME Ops stakeholder, driving the requirements as an e2e perspective. - Testing/QA scope oversight reviews and judgment.
