What we are looking for

As we’re a dynamic, fast-paced brand that thrives on creating visually compelling stories that engage, inspire, and connect, we are looking for a senior video editor and animator who is not only a master of their craft but also a creative powerhouse—someone who loves video content and understands the nuances of social media engagement, brand storytelling, and Gen Z audiences. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive on creative challenges, and can jump from a corporate brand video to a TikTok storytelling piece with ease, then you’re the perfect fit.

What You'll Do- Edit and produce high-quality videos for multiple platforms, including social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), brand campaigns, and corporate projects.- Transform any type of visual material—from raw footage to motion graphics, user-generated content, or stock visuals—into captivating stories.- Create compelling narratives that drive engagement, retention, and brand affinity across diverse audiences, with a strong focus on Gen Z trends and social media formats.- Optimize content for platform-specific engagement, ensuring videos are edited for maximum impact on each channel.- Move fast and adapt to different styles—whether it’s a polished brand video, a punchy meme-inspired edit, or a cinematic commercial.- Collaborate closely with creative teams, strategists, and social media managers to align video content with campaign objectives.- Stay ahead of trends in editing, storytelling, and digital content, bringing fresh ideas and innovative formats to the table.

Minimum Qualifications- Expert in video editing and motion graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and a strong grasp of animation and color grading.- Deep understanding of social media engagement: You know what makes a video go viral and how to craft content that hooks audiences in the first 3 seconds.- Creative & Strategic Mindset: You don’t just edit; you craft stories that captivate and convert.- Fast & Adaptive: You thrive under pressure, love tight deadlines, and can seamlessly shift from one editing style to another.- Trend-Obsessed: You have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital trends, memes, and storytelling techniques.- Experience in Brand Storytelling: You know how to elevate a brand through compelling visuals.- Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: You’re a team player who can work with creatives, marketers, and leadership.- Based in Bogotá, Colombia.- Fluent in English language

Preferred Qualifications- Have motion graphics or animation skills.- Have worked with major brands on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or digital ad campaigns.- Understand analytics and performance metrics to refine video strategies.
