**OLE DESCRIPTION**:

The Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales Americas team is part of Global Controlling and has an opening for a Early Career Talent who is passionate about business and enjoys working with numbers.
In this role you will be supporting our Latin America Market Unit, as well as being a trusted advisor to the respective Business leaders.
Position title: Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales Americas - Early Career Talent
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: Temporary up to 2 years
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- A
- ctively support various activities to ensure financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting, and budgeting.D
- eliver outcome of assigned controlling tasks and processes, work independently within given area of responsibility, and manage interfaces to other units / controlling teams.R
- epresent the Controlling function and contribute to project milestones in cross-unit / -functional projects.A
- pply relevant guidelines & policies, keep informed about updates and raise compliance issues.S
- upport and/or participate in projects to increase automation and simplify the processes in controlling.S
- afeguard financial compliance and ensure transparency.

- orking experience in the area is a plus; but must not exceed 2 years of experience
