**STRONG IN OPERATIONS**

**Job Purpose**: As Country Manager BPO, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the operations of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) center in Colombia, ensuring operational efficiency, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute strategies for the growth and ongoing success of the BPO business in the country.
- Establish clear goals and objectives aligned with the global vision of the company.

**Operational Management**:

- Supervise all operations of the BPO center, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Implement effective operational practices and processes to enhance productivity.

**Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expansion and client retention.

**Team Development**:

- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Implement development programs for the professional growth of employees.

**Financial Management**:

- Supervise and control the budget of the BPO center, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in the BPO industry.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:
**BPO Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing BPO operations.

**Residence in Bogotá**:

- Must reside in Bogotá, Colombia.

**Strong Leadership**:

- Proven ability to lead teams and direct growth strategies.

**Results Orientation**:

- Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving established goals.

**Market Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of the BPO market in Colombia.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
