Brief Description:
We are looking for a **Data & Analytics Specialist** to be responsible for centralizing and structuring data from all areas of the company ensuring that information is collected, organized, and presented in an accessible and understandable format for all teams. This role will enable performance analysis against defined KPIs, optimize strategies in real time, and improve conversion rates through data analysis and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Centralization Across All Departments: Collect, structure, and organize data from multiple sources, including sales, operations, finance, marketing, logistics, and customer service, in addition to digital platforms.
- Accessible Report Generation: Create dynamic dashboards and reports that allow each department to visualize their performance in a clear and actionable way.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze trends and data to identify opportunities for conversion improvement and propose data-driven strategies.
- Performance Tracking vs. Goals: Develop methodologies to measure performance against company objectives, identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
- Data Process Management: Define and optimize data collection, storage, and processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement tools and processes to reduce manual workload in data analysis, ensuring reports are automatically updated.
- Decision-Making Support: Provide strategic insights to department leaders to enhance real-time decision-making.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics as directed, compile data, statistics, and other relevant information into comprehensive reports, and stay updated on fragrance industry trends and best practices.
**Experience**:3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
**Technical Skills**:
- Advanced **Excel/Google Sheets** skills (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables).
- Experience with BI tools like **Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau** to visualize data from multiple departments.
- Ability to integrate data from various platforms (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
Knowledge in **Google Analytics 4**, Google Tag Manager, and data tracking tools.

**Details**:Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY, but this is a remote position.
