**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

At Takeda, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to be in charge of the registration of operations related to the supply of direct and indirect products, services and travel reimbursements to keep the operations of suppliers and employees updated, complying with the guidelines established by the region and by any local entity.

This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Carry out the process of filing invoices in Radian, conciliation of supplier invoices between the technology provider and Radian, guarantee strict compliance with the times established in the DIAN control entity.
- Support in the other activities of the monthly and annual accounting closing.
- Verify statutory and corporate compliance of accounts payable and travel expenses.
- Proactively participating in all activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SG-SST, seeking health and safety care, thus achieving compliance with what is defined in the Company's policy on this matter.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**:

- Certified Public Accountant
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting.
- Knowledge of financial processes: Taxes, accounts payable, internal control, analysis and association with the business.
- Experience in multinational companies (desirable).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
- Management of ERP (SAP, Ariba, Concur, MDG).
- Advanced use of Excel.
- Intermediate level English.

**Analista de Cuentas por Pagar**

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

En Takeda, nos encontramos en la búsqueda un Analista de Cuentas por Pagar encargado del registro de las operaciones relacionadas con el suministro de productos directos, indirectos, servicios y reembolsos de viáticos para mantener actualizadas las operaciones de proveedores y empleados, cumpliendo con los lineamientos establecidos por la región y por cualquier ente local.

Esta posición reporta al Líder de Cuentas y tiene base en Bogotá, Colombia.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Elaboración, preparación y presentación de información exógena DIAN.
- Elaboración de conciliaciones bancarias.
- Registro de facturas de proveedores, retenciones, descuentos, aplicación de normatividad Colombiana.
- Realizar proceso de radicación de facturas en Radian, conciliación de facturas de proveedores entre proveedor tecnológico y Radian, garantizar el estricto cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos en la entidad de control DIAN.
- Apoyo en actividades del cierre contable mensual y anual.
- Verificar cumplimiento estatutario y corporativo de cuentas por pagar y gastos de viaje.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal, legal y de políticas de la compañía (compras y contratos) de las facturas de proveedores.
- Participar de forma proactiva en todas las actividades definidas conforme al cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, procurando el cuidado de la salud y seguridad, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo de definido en la política de la Compañía en esta materia.

**Experiência y educación**:

- Profesional universitario en Contaduría Pública.
- Experiência previa de 3 años en el cargo de Analista de Cuentas por pagar y contabilidad.
- Conocimientos de procesos financieros: Impuestos, cuentas por pagar, control interno, análisis y asociación con el negocio.
- Experiência en empresas multinacionales (deseable).
- Experiência en la industria farmacéutica (deseable).
- Manejo de ERP tales como SAP, Ariba, Concur, MDG.
- Conocimiento y manejo de la aplicación de NIFF, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, JSOX etc.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Nível de inglés Intermedio.
