Implementation Analyst

**About the Role**:
Working as part of the Customer Service Delivery team, reporting to the Technical Practice Lead, you will become a product expert and have a detailed understanding of CreateMe's customization platform. You will take on client implementation of a broad range of events and client projects within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating with client project managers to understand requirements and configure the software to meet the client brief. You will prepare and provide demonstrations of software and support the service delivery team in providing implementation estimates and project plans. **Responsibilities**:

- Administer setup of software implementation according to specifications and ensure the systems are in synchronization with the client requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and manage data and software assets
- Coordinate with Client Project Managers on user acceptance testing of configuration elements, validating the software build
- Collate and maintain standard implementation packages in collaboration with the product, customer hardware, and support team
- Keep up to date with the software changes, learning new features and system processes
- Support with software deployment, executing upgrades where required

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Experience in system implementation technical support roles
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in using tools such as Adobe CC, Figma/Zeplin, GitHub, BitBucket, Jira, and Slack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
