Reporting Analyst for Gs Procurement

JNJ is recruiting for a Reporting Analyst for GS Procurement who will support North America and Latin America regions, located in Tampa or Bogota.

There are more than 2,000 employees in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement who work for Johnson & Johnson Global Services in key service centers located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting primarily GS Procurement organization in North America and Latam regions in running efficient operations through providing useful data, critical metrics and leading their efficient review process. The analyst prepares data for the quarterly and monthly business reviews. The analyst is responsible for planning and preparing the review, extracting the data, running the data flows, developing reports and dashboards, preparing relevant insights and owning the reviews including follow ups as needed. The analyst presents performance results directly to regional senior GS Procurement leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extracts and manipulates data, runs data flows and prepares regular as well as ad hoc reports for GS Procurement covering R2P, Sourcing and Contracting
- Performs data analysis of performance results, identifies key performance drivers and provides insights to Procurement customers
- Works on further automation of the data flows using tools such as Alteryx and others, collaborates closely with DTBI team on this
- Plans and leads Quarterly and Monthly business review, presents key observations and insights
- Documents data flows and knowledge related to assigned activities
- Expert related to Procurement critical metrics and is able to provide explanation of those metrics
- Connects with other R&A regional analysts in sharing best practice
- Key contact point for regional GS Procurement teams - works with deliver teams in understanding and fulfilling their reporting needs, prioritizes these with help of R&A Procurement lead
- Communicates and interacts with GS Procurement stakeholders

**Qualifications**
Education**:

- University graduate preferred

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English — spoken and written
- Advanced Excel skills
- Results oriented, attention to details, able to work systematically, attention to high quality of output and working independently
- Ability to learn new processes and tools, ability to actively share best practices
- Passion for improvements such as automation and new reporting tools
- Ability to frame problem, share those clearly and suggest solution, work in collaboration with others to resolve those
- Ability to plan ahead and prioritize
- Customer focus - ability to understand customers, be able to record needs and prioritize based on capacity planning, active maintenance of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly, prepare and facilitate efficient meetings on 1:1 basis as well as with up to 10 participants with senior leaders
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, respect and cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations

**Preferred**:

- Experience in Procurement area
- Experience in shared services area
- Intermediate Spanish
- Experience with macros and VBA in Excel
- Knowledge of reporting/analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Celonis)
