What does a Team Lead really do? Think of yourself as someone who is tasked with leading a team of Web Support Specialists to provide exemplary customer service, consistently adhering to goals, KPIs, SLAs, and metrics. They are responsible for guiding their team through a wide array of topics ranging from transactional inquiries to complex technical questions. These individuals display a fine balance between technical aptitude, product knowledge, and people management skills. **REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bilingual in English - advanced English level (B2)
- An intermediate understanding of DNS, CNAME, and SSL
- Intermediate knowledge of Front End Web Development tools and technologies
(HTML/CSS/Javascript/Liquid/SEO/RSS) and the desire to continue advancing this
Knowledge
- Previous experience with CRM software and managing contact lists
- Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner on escalated cases.
- Previous experience in a technical support center or similar environment in a people manager role
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Mastery of web-based software
- Willingness to assist customers
- Desire to go beyond a surface-level understanding of issues brought to your attention.
Bonus if you have
- A Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
- Great understanding of fundamentals of web/ building websites
- Word-press experience
