**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking a Senior Design Manager to be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**Job specifics include**:
+ Responsible for management of multi-disciplinary design groups.

+ The establishment and implementation of design management procedures to assure the compliance of quality and time

+ Preparing schedules of services, determining scope delineation and roles and responsibilities

+ Leading and supervising the Technical Discipline Leaders

+ Coordinating design consultants and contractor submissions.

+ Undertake and lead technical reviews from concept through detailed design

+ Design management for infrastructure and building projects

+ Managing and coordinating design submissions from contractors and designers

+ Coordination and management across different sectors and interfaces

+ Documentation management using appropriate software and systems

+ Preparation of Scope of Works and Requests for Proposals

+ Technical assessment of tenders and proposals

+ Quality management and compliance with design procedures

+ Monitoring and reporting on program and cost control

**Minimum Qualifications**:
+ Architect or Engineer university degree plus 20 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Qualifications**:

+ Architect or Engineer university degree and 8+ YORE equivalency of experience working as a Design Manager in international companies and/or projects

+ Fluent English and Spanish language required, other languages are a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Architect or Engineer university degree plus 20 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
