**Project Description**: Technical Project Managers will focus on providing operational & project support across the Engineering and Product organizations. You will be a partner to the CTO and engineering leadership, focusing on: project planning & execution, team coordination & reporting, as well as the creation of and adherence to best practices. You'll get close to and understand key architectural decisions on approaches to our initiatives and must be able to clearly convey these decisions to key stakeholders. Key results of this role are predictable project delivery and improvement of operational excellence. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, effectively removing impediments from the development lifecycle. Ensure efficient and timely project kickoffs; mitigate risk in program and project delivery; ensure major milestones and deliverables are shipped on time and meet agreed-upon requirements. Plan and execute project timelines, coordinating with Engineers, Product, and QA to gauge milestones and estimates Managing work - including requirements gathering, clarification, scoping and scheduling - across multiple teams to ensure absolute clarity in deliverables. Creating and maintaining metrics dashboards to be shared out the company to communicate and illustrate program progress. Work across the organization identifying future projects and programs to help build a healthy backlog, enabling engineering to appropriately "plan ahead." Drive & own conflict resolution frameworks when stakeholders have conflicting requirements/opinions on deliverables and outcomes. Run Agile ceremonies (scrum, grooming, commitment, retrospective, etc.) Recommend and implement measures that increase scrum velocity **Requirements**: - 3+ years of industry experience supporting engineering teams from an project management Strong communication & influential skills; an innate ability to have tough conversations while also celebrating successes (and sometimes mistakes) A proven track record of success delivering high-visibility, complex programs and projects A keen understanding of the trade-offs in employing different solutions to a problem, putting premiums on pragmatic, straightforward approaches... you can tell when "good enough" is better than "perfect" and can back your assertions with data Enjoy being a part of and building a world-class technology organization and navigating the exciting and often shifting nuances of a high-energy startup The aptitude to balance business goals and technical constraints Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc.) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) **Rewards**: - Payment in USD. - Free credentials for e-learning platforms. - Remote workshops & activities. - PTOs (5 days every six months, cumulative up to 10 days)
