We are looking for passionate Business Analysts out there

As Business Analyst you will develop and implement automation projects including but not limited to intelligent process automation, proof of concepts, internal hubtek bots, and all other internal developments that will enhance and support Hubtek´s Strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
2. Schedule and Execute Deep Dive Calls with our customers to document the process to be automated
3. Create and Deploy the Process Design Document and the IA Knowledge Doc to our customers obtaining proper sign-off and approval before submitting to Development.
4. Effective communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and customers. Deliver PDD & IA Knowledge Docs to the IA Development Team for Development.
5. Identify problems within a business, including using data modeling techniques, BPMN 2.05.
6. Guarantee the clarity of the process and your step by step
7. Ensure the customer's signs of the timelines preestablished in the AI team for each project
8. Responsible for tracking time and ensuring that all tasks assigned are supported by a task in JiRA
9. Customer Assistance, Follow-up, and CRM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Systems, industrial or Administrative engineering
one-year experience automating in RPA
six months working in the logistics industry
Experience in process improvement
English Speaker
