**What you will do**
- Work in a Dedicated Agile Delivery environment;
- Working in a remote environment;
- Providing expert technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of projects, from design and implementation to launch and ongoing maintenance;
- Leading the front-end development of owned web projects, including brand refreshes, digital experiments, and campaigns, using diverse web technologies;
- Demonstrating a proactive approach in bridging solutions among web strategy, creative, and engineering teams;
- Collaborating effectively across departments to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions, adherence to deadlines, and a consistent focus on project goals;
- Developing and maintaining website front-end code, ensuring compliance with the latest coding standards, and conducting thorough code reviews;
- Communicating clearly about project statuses, potential risks, and any challenges that arise;
- Spearheading significant UI and design overhauls for platforms, with a focus on implementing global navigation elements and aligning these platforms with new web design systems;
- Continuously optimizing and customizing web user experiences to improve conversion rates, accelerate the sales process, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas like SEO, discoverability, user awareness, acquisition, engagement, and sales pipeline development;
- Taking ownership of critical content pages, ensuring they adhere to consistent editorial and product messaging standards;
- Acting as a key decision-maker to resolve blockers for cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

**Must haves**
- 5+ years of relevant experience;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX architecture and development experience (creative agency experience desired);
- Solid technical skills including Front-End development, Testing and Production-Visual Design;
- Deep familiarity with the digital landscape and a track record as a team player;
- Experience shipping code with a multitude of front-end platforms and architectures;
- An exceptional eye for design, motion and interactivity;
- Embraces flexibility and has a willingness to adapt to change as project and organization requirements evolve;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- You have experience working in an Agile environment;

- Proficiency in marketing principles;
- Knowledge of UX design;
- Understanding of accessibility standards and practices.
