**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Lawyer Business Partner.**
**Purpose**:
The Senior Attorney will provide comprehensive legal support to the company’s Procurement organization across the LATAM North and Mexico region. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contractual documents, offering strategic legal advice to internal clients, and contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the GLO.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Contract Drafting and Review**:
Prepare, review, and negotiate diverse contractual documents including new contracts, addenda, terminations, and other legal instruments relevant to indirect procurement activities.
- **Regional Legal Support**:
Deliver legal guidance and practical advice to internal stakeholders across LATAM North and Mexico on matters related to indirect procurement and general corporate issues.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
Maintain constant communication with business users to address inquiries, clarify contractual terms, and provide legal interpretations that facilitate business decisions.
- **Complex Legal Analysis**:
Assess and interpret high-complexity legal situations, ensuring appropriate risk management and advising internal clients on compliant and strategic solutions.
- **Legal Documentation Management**:
Create and maintain legal and administrative documentation supporting the Indirect Procurement function within the LATAM North and Mexico region.
- **Technology Transformation Support**:
Contribute to the company’s legal digital transformation projects by supporting the implementation of new tools, processes, and systems that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- **Special Committees and Cross-Functional Support**:
Provide legal input for occasional matters such as labor-related committees and other special or ad hoc corporate issues as needed.
- **Global Team Collaboration**:
Partner with the global legal team, particularly with the STORM Global team, to ensure consistency in legal standards, policies, and practices.
