We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trainee in Project Controls to join our team and support the planning and control of construction and infrastructure projects. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment. You will work closely with experienced planners and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules (Master Schedule).
- Support the management of key inputs such as task lists, milestones, resources, and calendars.
- Help monitor project progress and analyze schedule impacts.
- Contribute to the preparation of status reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure consistency in reporting formats and timelines.
- Participate in schedule updates and re-baselining when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design and construction phases.
- Be available to travel and support on-site activities when required.
**Qualifications**
- Recent graduate or final-year student in **Engineering, Architecture**, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling concepts.
- Familiarity with **Primavera P6**, **Microsoft Project**, and **Microsoft Office** is a plus.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (written and oral).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Availability to travel and relocate within cities as needed.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of construction and infrastructure project environments.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
- Self-starter with a keen interest in project controls and planning.
