Join the Traffic Tech Team as a Technical Delivery Lead

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for managing software development teams? Do you thrive in Agile environments and excel at delivering complex technical projects? Traffic Tech is excited to expand our operations in Colombia, and we’re looking for a talented **Technical Delivery Lead** to guide and manage our new software development team.

**What You’ll Do**

✔️ Align priorities with stakeholders and manage detailed project schedules.
✔️ Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project delivery.
✔️ Guide a team of developers, analysts, and QA professionals to success.
✔️ Communicate updates, resolve challenges, and continuously improve project execution.

✔️Manage the team's delivery and the scrum ceremonies which includes sprint planning, retrospectives, standup meetings, and backlog grooming sessions

**What We’re Looking For**
5+ years of experience in IT project management or technical delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Advanced English skills (written and verbal) **C1**
Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
