Content Creator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and informative written content for blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
- Produce visually appealing content including images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct research to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content best practices.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page optimization techniques.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust content strategies based on insights and data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed about emerging content formats, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve content creation strategies.

**About you**
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Strong passion for photography and a demonstrated ability to capture compelling images.
- Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Real Estate Knowledge and General Knowledge of the Construction Sector is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
