We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Technical Representative, and I believe you could be a great fit for the role.

Overview of the Role:
In this position, you would be responsible for representing our company during client meetings and technical interviews, with the goal of successfully closing deals. While strong technical skills in Java and full-stack development are essential,

we are also looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and interviewer, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English Language skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java full-stack development
- Strong technical expertise in Java programming, including proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies
- Strong technical expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies

**Salary**: $2,000,000 - $4,000,000 per month
