**_ En el _**_Clúster Andino_**_ buscamos un _**_Regional Account Manager (RAM)_**_ para la ciudad de _**_Barranquilla_**_, con el propósito de impulsar el crecimiento de la unidad de _**_Rare Disease_**_._***:
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- ** Establecer y fortalecer relaciones con médicos y stakeholders clave en el territorio asignado.**:
- ** Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de promoción en cuentas clave.**:
- ** Promover y documentar actividades de productos de la unidad de Rare Disease.**:
- ** Identificar oportunidades de negocio y dar respuesta de manera ágil y efectiva.**:
- ** Administrar de forma eficiente el tiempo, recursos y actividades promocionales.**:
- ** Elaborar reportes precisos y oportunos de las actividades realizadas.**:
- ** Mantener un sólido conocimiento clínico, técnico y científico de las enfermedades y productos.**:
- ** Trabajar en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales, respetando las políticas de la compañía y el Código de Ética.**:
***Requisitos**:
- ** Profesionales en administración, mercadeo, ciencias de la salud o áreas afines con interés en promoción.**:
- ** Experiência como Representante o Consultor en la industria farmacéutica.**:
- ** Trayectoria en ventas de productos farmacéuticos o biotecnológicos.**:
- ** Experiência en enfermedades raras, ultra-raras y de alto costo (deseable).**:
- ** Competencias digitales sólidas (Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI).***:
