**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to join the Zoe team at our office in Bogotá (Zona Chico). We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in JavaScript Software development and a passion for building robust systems from scratch. As a Front-End Engineer, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.

**Location**: Bogota, Colombia (Minimum of Two days in office. The remaining work days you can work remotely)

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including estimation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain new user-facing features.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring stability, performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure scalability by providing constructive feedback, contributing to code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Take ownership of projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and micro‑front‑end experiences for multiple types of clients.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and Back-End developers to ensure seamless integration of Front-End and Back-End components.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a daily release cycle.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in coding web markup languages, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- 2+ years using React JS.
- 1+ year using Next.js
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience setting up development environment tools (compilers, pre-processors, linters, etc).
- Self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
