Tus Funciones El "Customer Success Advisor" da soporte a nuestros clientes, identifica necesidades, satisface preguntas y consulta inquietudes a través de llamadas y correos electrónicos en un ambiente de Contact Center. Sirve de enlace entre el cliente y los departamentos internos. Asegura que se superen las expectativas de servicio y se canalicen las necesidades del cliente con las áreas correspondientes para obtener una pronta resolución. **Requisitos**: - Perfil: Bachiller - Un (1) año o más en atención al cliente por teléfono. - Nível de inglés C1 - Excelente servicio al cliente. - Trabajo en equipo. - Manejo de Google workspace y CRM. - Vivir en la ciudad de Medellín, Bello, Itagüí.
