**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Automation Specialist who specializes in using the HubSpot platform.


**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the performance of automation efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
- Train and support internal teams on the use of the HubSpot platform.
- Stay current on the latest developments and updates in the HubSpot platform and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a CRM Automation Specialist role, with a focus on using the HubSpot platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM automation best practices and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JS will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
