**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with expertise in the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to join our team in Medellin, Colombia. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, implementing audience targeting strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive campaign success for our clients. You will be responsible for ad trafficking, audience strategy development, campaign management, optimization, and reporting across various digital advertising platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Trafficking**: Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, DV 360, and Search Ads 360. Ensure accurate implementation of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking tags.
- **Audience Strategy**: Develop audience targeting strategies based on client objectives, target audience insights, and data analysis. Implement advanced targeting tactics to reach and engage relevant audiences.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage the end-to-end campaign setup process, including campaign planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scheduling. Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- **Optimization**: Conduct ongoing optimization of digital advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular campaign performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in customizing Data Studio is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Google Marketing Platform certification, including certifications in Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles within a media agency or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Data Studio, and GA4.
- Proficiency in ad trafficking, audience targeting, campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
