**Job Description**:
We are looking for a experienced **ASSOCIATE ENGINEER, REMOTE SUPPORT, **to join our dynamic team. You will provide technical support in Spanish to our end-users, distributors, field service engineers, and integrators. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Supervisor, Remote Support in Latin America.
**Location**: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid Schedule).
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Resolve technical issues related to Rockwell Automation products.
- Collaborate with the Global Remote Support team, customers, and coworkers in multiple settings and complex issues.
- Document and record all interactions and solutions in the ticket management system.
- Continuos learning in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
**The Essentials - You Will Have**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years' engineering and/or field/remote support experience.
- At least 6 months engineering and/or field/remote support experience.
- Experience or knowledge with Rockwell Automation Products: Powerflex Drives, Motion, Automation, and industrial components.
- Advanced english level.
- Availability to work rotating shifts according to the operation
**The Preferred - You Might Also Have**:
- Knowledge or experience in the field of industrial automation and instrumentation.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience or knowledge in Rockwell Automation products as: FactoryTalk View SE, FactoryTalk View ME, Industrial Networks (ControlNet, Ethernet, DeviceNet, Modbus or DH+), Large and Small Controllers, Remote I/O or Panelviews.
