En Ole Interactive estamos buscando un/a Financial And Accounting Manager, con experiência en el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo financieros, auditores externos, controles internos y cuestiones relacionadas con compliance. Preferiblemente en medios de comunicación digital y/o agencias de publicidad.

**Lo que harás**:

- Supervisar el equipo de contabilidad y finanzas
- Preparar, revisar y analizar Estados Financieros consolidados bajo USGAAP
- Garantizar la integridad y precisión de la información financiera
- Garantizar la puntualidad en la entrega de información financiera
- Gestionar los compromisos y gastos contractuales para garantizar la coherencia con el presupuesto
- Supervisar y coordinar la planificación tributaria para el territorio de Brasil en conjunto con el despacho contable local
- Atender y supervisar el proceso de auditoría externa anual.
- Revisar y garantizar la aplicación de los controles internos apropiados
- Gestionar el flujo de efectivo, asegura la disponibilidad de fondos y establece políticas de Cash Management que garanticen la salud del negocio
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas por la casa matriz, representando el liderazgo sénior regional.

**Buscamos a alguien con**:

- Título profesional en Contaduría Pública (preferible), Administración de Empresas o disciplinas afines (ciencias económicas y/o de negocio) con mínimo 5 años de experiência como manager de finanzas, liderando equipos de trabajo, auditores externos, controles internos y cuestiones relacionadas con compliance.
- Experiência en manejo de sistemas contables (ERP preferible)
- Nível avanzado de Excel, creación de tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos, macros, etc.

Tendrás un contrato indefinido, de lunes a viernes, con modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
