**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Data management & analysis**: gather, clean, and analyze sales data to generate insights that inform sales strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
- ** Sales process optimization**: work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Reporting & dashboarding**: develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the sales team, providing visibility into key metrics and performance trends.
- ** Forecasting support**: assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing detailed analysis to support accurate projections.
- ** CRM management**: ensure CRM data quality and compliance, train sales team members on best practices, and assist in troubleshooting CRM issues.
- ** Performance tracking**: monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, identifying trends and flagging areas needing attention to help drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics, or 3+ years of work experience in a sales operations analyst or similar role.
- ** Experience**: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field.
- ** Technical skills**: proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI software).
- ** Analytical skills**: strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
