**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking for an experienced PMO Project Management Manager for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
+ Reporting to the director of the PMO, he is responsible for all those activities related to the management of the project (schedule management - programming and control-, finance, cost management, expenditure management), also coordinating the rest of the management team.

+ Coordinating with client and construction contractor in developing and maintaining the project controls management Plan.

+ Leading and directing the PMO Project Controls team.

+ Managing change control, cost control and budgeting.

+ Managing information systems and processes.

+ Creating and owning the standards and processes which facilitate timely and accurate schedule analysis and reporting.

+ Developing scheduling review maturity by providing training and coaching.

+ Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with the overall goals of an underground railway metro project.

+ Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

+ Implement risk management processes to minimize the impact of potential issues.

+ Implement change control processes to manage scope changes effectively.

+ Evaluate the impact of changes on the project timeline and budget.

+ Facilitate lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of project phases.

+ Implement improvements based on lessons learned to enhance future project management processes.

+ Utilize project management tools and technology to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

+ Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate relevant technological advancements.

+ Integrate sustainable practices into project management processes where applicable.

+ Consider environmental and social impacts in decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ BA/BS in civil engineering or economic and administrative sciences with specialization, master’s, or doctoral studies in Project Management + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.

+ Current certification of PMP from PMI, or IPMA level C or B, or GAQM PPM or GAQM CPD or Prince2 Practitioner.

+ Specific experience of at least ten (10) years in management, direction, boss, programmer, project leader roles either in Construction or maintenance of Metro-type mass transit rail systems, having intervened in such capacity in at least two (2) Metro-type underground railway works projects, that together add up to at least ten (10) km of tunnels and at least eight (8) underground stations for Metros.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Master’s, or doctoral studies in Project Management

+ 15 + years of experience
