Hi there, this is Salwa from CI&T I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a
**Senior/Mid-level Salesforce**
**Developer** located in
**Colombia**.

**Your mission**:

- For our Senior/Mid-level Salesforce Developer
** **position, we are looking for people with knowledge in software engineering and Salesforce principles and best practices. In this role, you will work in a multicultural team serving one of our major international customers. It's good if you have knowledge as an "Admin", but this is a position with a more "developer" profile.

**You need to have**:

- SOQL, Apex Development, and can write your own unit tests.
- Experience in Salesforce keywords (Triggers, Flows, LWC..).
- Experience using github and bitbucket.
- CI/CD principles.
- Integrations API's using Salesforce.
- Lightning/aura & Javascript.
- Agile methodologies knowledge.
- Advanced English for everyday use with people from different countries.

**You will stand out if you**:

- Are a Salesforce whiz, currently working in an Agile team with good knowledge of SOQL, Apex Development and can write your own unit tests. If you’ve also got multiple Salesforce certifications, have exposure to Sales, Service, Community, Experience, Marketing Clouds and developed Lightning Web Components in Salesforce, well that would be the cherry on top

**A few other skills to include**:

- Business process automation with Approval Processes, Flows, or Apex Triggers
- Experience with source driven development model using Git and SFDX
- Data model design
- Integrating 3rd party external systems with Salesforce
