The DevOps Engineer will be working closely with software developers and the wider IT Team and focusing on infrastructure. Success will require championing and leading infrastructure as code to build, manage and automate infrastructure improvements and streamline deployment processes.

**Duties**:

- Design, implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available
- Work collaboratively with software developers and the wider IT team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
- Providing recommendations for standards-based architecture and process improvements.
- Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must speak clear and proficient English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, S3)
- Certified on at least one: AWS DevOps Engineering, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate
- Proficient with AWS services: Compute and Network, Storage and CDN, Database, Analytics, Application Services, Deployment, and Management
- Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meeting compliance requirements
- AWS Disaster Recovery design and deployment across regions a plus
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing, firewalls and Linux administration
