Our team is in search of a Senior Salesforce Developer who will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud in a remote setting.

The central role involves the successful development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns, along with the integration of Salesforce with Adobe Engage. Working alongside a skilled team, your Salesforce expertise will be utilized to finesse marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the design, development, and implementation of marketing automation campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketo integration for sales leads and account-based marketing
- Establishment and upkeep of data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Overseeing and analyzing campaign performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Resolving issues or bugs related to marketing automation processes
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, specializing in Sales Cloud objects and with a familiarity with Salesforce admin tools such as Flows, Lighting Pages, etc
- Strong understanding of Marketing processes with a background in Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in English, possessing at least an Upper-Intermediate level of competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
