**We are searching the best talent for TA SPECIALIST to be in Bogota, Col.**

**Purpose**:
You will influence outcomes and communicate closely with hiring managers by sharing best practices and using an employee and customer-focused approach to understand their needs and ensure the effective attraction, selection, and development of a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies.

You will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment. Finally, you will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Serve as a strategic Recruiter / Talent Advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with the hiring managers by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
- Understand the strategic direction of the business, the talent strategy, and workforce planning needs to develop a strategy to address the needs of the business.
- Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.
- Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
- Promote & deploy the behaviors to achieve the global DEI Strategy

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience obtained within in-house recruiting in corporate environment and is a plus previous experience within agency environment.
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English level is a must, with fluent conversation
- Intermediate level of Spanish is nice to have.
- Account management, consulting, and interviewing skills.
- Customer and marketplace focus; negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service, and organization skills. Demonstrated business acumen skills.
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights.
