**Base salary**: 2.500.000 + uncapped commisions (average 2.000.000 to 4.000.000 per agent)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, travel deals, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process payments and manage banking confirmations and travel documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, destinations, and travel regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
