**Resumen del cargo**

Tramitar las solicitudes de asesoría, cotización, reserva, emisión, confirmación y modificación de requerimientos de viaje de los clientes, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y políticas establecidas por la organización.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Garantizar la atención telefónica para el cliente interno y externo, cumpliendo con las condiciones y parámetros de calidad del servicio y haciendo uso de los protocolos establecidos en la recepción y atención de llamadas.
- Verificar e informar al cliente los datos relacionados con sus itinerarios y las novedades que se presentan en el día a día de la operación, a través de la herramienta telefónica que disponga la compañía.
- Brindar soporte a las solicitudes generadas por los clientes a través de la herramienta telefónica que disponga la compañía con el fin de garantizar la pronta respuesta y solución efectiva al requerimiento.
- Tramitar y realizar el seguimiento a cotizaciones, reservas hoteleras/traslados, remisiones, confirmaciones y modificaciones solicitadas por el cliente, recibidas a través de cualquiera de los medios de solicitud establecidos.
- Dar gestión oportuna a eventualidades y/o inconsistencias que afecten el desarrollo normal de la prestación del servicio.
- Proporcionar a los asesores de viajes y proveedores de manera clara, amplia y precisa la información, documentación y/o soportes respectivos para la prestación del servicio.
- Realizar seguimiento a los tiempos de respuesta de los proveedores siendo el canal de información entre los proveedores y el cliente.
- Legalizar y/o dar respuesta a las notas cargo que se generen a su nombre adjuntando las debidas evidencias que competen a la responsabilidad directa o indirecta del asesor.
- Conservar bajo absoluta reserva los datos personales, formas de pago, itinerario, base de datos y demás información suministrada por el cliente asegurando la confidencialidad de la información.

**Requisitos para aplicar**
- Experiência en GDS (Sabre o Amadeus)
- Disponibilidad para laborar turnos rotativos (Modalidad presencial)
