This is a remote position.
- We are hiring for a stealth startup subsidiary under Trustmarq Global Services, focused on serving the non-profit industry. We are gearing up to launching our platform soon, and are looking to ramp up our marketing campaign, heavily focusing on creation and posting of multimedia content on social platforms and other mediums.
For this purpose, we are searching for a Graphic Artist to create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. We are looking for a person to develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, social media posts, infographics, website graphics, etc. They are expected to understand and use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects and often select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text. If you are selected, you will collaborate closely with Copywriters and Content Creators to achieve the goals the Company sets for you.
For this role, we prefer some with a creative mindset and you must be a detail-oriented and a highly organized professional, working closely with multiple teams to promote and grow our online brand and market reputation.
An ideal person would have all of the following:
- Create attention-grabbing graphic content.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Typography knowledge
- Multimedia content development
- Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
- Work with the team to enable social media campaign launch and promotion experience
- Personable, with a burning passion to succeed in this role
- Good understanding of full cycle marketing campaigns
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are a plus, but not mandatory. You must be able to communicate with the team in English
- Work experience with for non-profits is highly preferred
Proven graphic designing experience of at least 2 years. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, if not we ask for at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in this field
