The organization currently has a cross-threaded setup across two entities and requires support to untangle, consolidate, and administer a unified SharePoint environment. This is a fully remote position, and strong English communication skills are mandatory. Responsibilities Administer and maintain SharePoint Online Assess and consolidate two existing SharePoint environments into one unified structure Manage permissions, security, and access controls Set up SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists according to best practices Provide remote support, training, and guidance to users Ensure compliance with governance and security standards Assist with upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience with SharePoint restructuring, consolidation, or migrations Familiarity with Active Directory and PowerShell scripting Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a remote environment Strong English skills (spoken and written) Nice to Have Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks Exposure to SQL Server, IIS, or related IT infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr
