Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Pricing & Revenue Junior Specialist CEC.
**OBJETIVO**
Coliderar el proceso de Revenue Growth Management para el cluster de Colombia y Ecuador, como responsable de la administración y mantenimiento de la integridad de las arquitecturas de precio del país. Incluye limpieza y optimización de las rutas. Colidera la identificación de oportunidades de revenue, gestionando las palancas de precio, portafolio, mix, condiciones comerciales, inversiones y promociones, en busca de crecimiento sostenible y rentable de los ingresos y volumen de la operación.
**Requisitos**:
- Egresado de Administración, Ingeniería, finanzas o carreras afines.
- Experiência en áreas funcionales de Business intelligence y Revenue Management. **Manejo de precios indispensable.**:
- Manejo de Analitycs de negocio.
- Inglés nível B2.
- Excel avanzado.
**Deseables**
- Estudios de post grado o MBA.
- SAP y Power BI.
- Experiência en el área comercial y mercadeo.
- Experiência en Finanzas.
**FUNCIONES**
- Coresponsable de la Identificación de oportunidades de **ajustes de precios** y de arquitecturas de portafolio y precio a nível país y RE (Retail Environment).
- Coresponsable de realizar la propuesta precios al consumidor por RE y de la generación de las ruta de precios (Descuentos / Lanzamientos / Transiciones / Nuevos Conteos). Incluyendo su análisis comercial (precio/volumen).
- Responsable del cargue en el sistema de las listas y rutas de precio y de la construcción del kit de comunicación para los cambios de precio.
- Responsable de Tracking y Postmortem de los cambios de precio.
- Coresponsable de realizar los assesstment y diagnóstico de mercado y negocio para identificar oportunidades de revenue (mix, vol, portafolio, pricing e inversión TP), como parte de los procesos de planeación estratégicos o tácticos (ABP-Channel Plan y QBP-Planeación Trimestral).
- Elabora análisis de arquitectura de precios, orientados a identificar: oportunidad de revenue, ajustes a precios para garantizar las curvas de Better Buy, identificación de puntos de precios sin cubrir y la integridad entre canales, para generar propuestas de ajustes y recomendaciones a Trade.
- Genera los inputs para la generación del Right Asortment y las metas de la P (price) de DPSM.
