The Role This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase. Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc. Hands on Agile experience with multiple companies – knows how to facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) but also guide others. The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects. Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global company Must be able to work PST hours Qualifications Excellent presentation and communication skills is a MUST Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done. MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such asJira , Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools. Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team.
