Overview An important technology services company that provides consulting, design, implementation, and maintenance services in areas such as: AI Development, Automation, Application and Software Design, Technology-Oriented Market Research, and Web Design is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of server-side logic, database schemas, and APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with back-end services. Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions to ensure scalability, security, and high availability. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and innovation. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and security vulnerabilities in back-end systems. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development and cloud computing, and apply them to enhance our products and processes. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js. Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies. Deep understanding of database design, management, and optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members. What you will receive Salary to be agreed. Location: Colombia Modality: 100% remote.
