Responsibilities Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably in software modernization projects. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices. Experience working with .NET frameworks and Azure cloud services. Familiarity with IAM management platforms, API gateways, and microservices architecture. Strong technical background to engage with engineers on architectural decisions. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
